Brewing Guidelines
- Matcha powder: 2 scoops
- Water: 60-70ml
- Temperature: 80°C
1. Warm tea bowl with hot water
2. Sift matcha powder using a fine strainer
3. Add water and whisk 20-30 strokes until a fine foam forms
