Halloween Pop-Up
NiMi Projects x Gu Choki Pan
Something spooky this way comes !
Saturday, Oct 24, Japanese microbakery Gu Choki Pan are joining us again! — and this time, they're bringing a hauntingly good Halloween twist to melon pan.
Meet the frighteningly delicious monster melon pans:
The mean Purple Sweet Potato Cyclops,
a fearsome Black Sesame Vampire,
and the Ominous Pumpkin Jack o Lantern.
Each is hand made with Gu Choki Pan's signature sourdough, filled with scrumptious paste and topped with crispy crunch.
Don't dare to be scared? Not to fear, baker Yumiko will also be bringing a selection of her popular breads and sweet bakes, matcha cookies and savoury curry pan.
It's free to drop by, so come and say hi or boo!
Best to come early, as these tend to sell out quickly, and once they're gone, they're gone.
