SHIPPING & DELIVERY TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK

Dear customer, 

Please read the following regarding purchases sent to non-UK destinations.

EU COUNTRIES
Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR criteria, from DECEMBER 12, we will only be able to ship products that were listed on our site prior to December 13, 2024 to EU countries. We apologise for this, but as a small UK-based enterprise, we currently do not have the capacity for GSPR. 

US CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately, due to US President Trump's new tariffs and subsequent sudden changes to shipping company policies, US customers now may be contacted with an additional US customs and tariff bill before we are able to send items. We are currently working on automatically adding this to our store and apologise for the inconvenience.

UK VAT
Please note that our online listed prices viewed in the UK include VAT.
If the destination of your purchase is outside the UK, this UK VAT of 20 percent will be deducted for you at checkout.

Other Countries
Our online listed prices viewed in countries other than the UK do not include local taxes. Please note that you may be required to pay local tax upon arrival of your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for paying this fee.

Local Taxes and Import Duties
Your destination country taxes and import/custom duties are not included in our prices. If you are receiving a product outside of the UK, you may be required to pay tax and custom/import duties upon the arrival of your package.
We cannot be held responsible for paying these fees.
