SHIPPING & DELIVERY TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE UK

Please read the following regarding purchases sent to non-UK destinations.

EU COUNTRIES
Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR criteria, from 12 DECEMBER 2024, we will only be able to ship products that were listed on our site prior to 13 December 2024 to EU countries. We apologise for this, but as a small UK-based enterprise, we currently do not have the capacity for GPSR compliance. 

US CUSTOMERS
Due to the new tariffs and subsequent changes to shipping company policies, additional US customs and tariffs will be charged at checkout.

UK VAT
Please note that our online listed prices viewed in the UK include VAT.
If the destination of your purchase is outside the UK, this UK VAT of 20 percent will be deducted for you at checkout.

Other Countries
Our online listed prices viewed in countries other than the UK do not include local taxes. Please note that you may be required to pay local tax upon arrival of your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for paying this fee.

Local Taxes and Import Duties
Your destination country taxes and import/custom duties are not included in our prices. If you are receiving a product outside of the UK, you may be required to pay tax and custom/import duties upon the arrival of your package.
We cannot be held responsible for paying these fees.
