Small and delicately raised on a low foot, this oval dish elevates the presentation of a meal. Its oval organic shape and seamless smooth well is ideal for soy sauce, a dip, or offering a few pickled vegetables set alongside the main plate — it’s about details. The navy and white pattern is drawn from traditional Japanese tsumugi silk weaving, the same as elsewhere in the Ito Tsumugi range — fine lines that reward a second look on a piece this small.
