Each tray is slowly pressed over custom wooden moulds, creating a three-dimensional form that feels both minimal and tactile. Natural variations in texture, thickness, and colour are part of the process, making every Japanese leather tray one of a kind. The surface highlights the character of vegetable-tanned leather, allowing marks and irregularities to remain visible rather than concealed.

Rhythmos takes its name comes from the ancient Greek word for “rhythm,” reflecting the natural flow and presence found in every piece of leather. The Leftover collection upcycles stripped layers of leather, even inner skived layers, that are usually discarded in leather goods production. Every piece is handmade with a commitment to simplicity, honesty, and respect for the natural beauty of materials.
