Founded by product designer Mike Abelson and graphic designer Yuri Abelson, Postalco has been based in Tokyo for over 20 years. Their minimalist designs for high-quality stationery prioritise functionality and durability with an attention to detail that can only be achieved by Japan's skilled craftspeople and precision manufacturing.

All their items are made in Japan following the nation’s tight environmental regulations. This includes vegetable tanning of leathers, using domestically woven textiles and sustainably sourced Japanese wood, and a commitment to developing new, environmentally conscious materials.
