Brewing Guidelines
- Tea leaves: 5g
- Water: 200ml
- Temperature: 80°C (176°F)
- Steep time: 60 seconds
1. Add about one teaspoon (5g) of leaves to a teapot
2. Pour in 200ml of water at 80°C
3. Steep for 60 seconds and pour to the last drop
To enjoy a second and third infusion, raising the temperature slightly for each brew is recommended.
