An enso circle of earthy brown glaze gives this beige earthenware pasta bowl a touch of Zen. We love how the matt sandy base is contrasted with the gloss and fine detail of a single brushstroke.
This is one of five dead-stock bowls that we were lucky enough to come across. Each one is different in colour, glaze, pattern and even, at times, texture. They are vintage, but in pristine condition and, we think, beautifully timeless in design.
