Handmade in Tokyo using recycled vintage jewellery parts, OMI is a labour of love of a crafter who enjoys upcycling findings from flea markets and secondhand stores in Japan. This collection of earrings is inspired by faux and freshwater pearls of the glamorous 80s, and gives them a contemporary minimalist spin.
See the OMI Motifs collection for an ode to vintage beads.
Using parts sourced from broken jewellery, discarded trinkets and Japanese deadstock, OMI aims to show that luxury need not cost the environment.
NB. All earring backs and posts are new or unused deadstock for hygiene purposes.
